How Vonture Works
Virtual first support that builds connection, confidence, and independence.
- Social Connection Program
Weekly virtual meetups where individuals with developmental disabilities can build friendships, share experiences, and participate in group activities. Our goal is to reduce isolation and create consistent human interaction.
- Self-Direction Navigation
Workshops and guidance that help families understand and use self-directed disability services. We provide practical support with navigating services, understanding budgets, and getting started with self-direction.
- Virtual Resource Hub
An online space where families can find trusted local programs, events, and service providers. This hub makes it easier to discover opportunities and stay connected to the community.
